Very high-end Mazzuchelli crankshaft (like the MHR BIG Bore), ITALKIT crankshaft special 44.90mm stroke and 90mm connecting rod. This model is unique and perfectly well designed. Solid masses, it is dynamically balanced and cut from the best steels on the market, designed to be assembled without a balancer. Its dynamic balancing results from the inorganic compound with tungsten carbide. The bearings, bearing bristles are increased to Ø20mm, one does not do better for a low engine of mécaboite!



In summary, tungsten carbide is a combination of carbon and tungsten. It is a material reputed to be very dense, very resistant and very hard.A new connecting rod is also installed on this linkage, ultra reinforced 90mm model forged and machined in the mass. Ultra light, it is really reserved for competition! This linkage will withstand engine speeds of 16,000 rpm without any problem.



It is this type of connecting rod that equips real competition crankshafts BIDALOT or MALOSSI MHR BIG BORE and other extremely rare vilo! Featherweight and maximum rigidity are there. Its lubrication is improved, the small end cage is increased for a better hold, treated with silver and mounted on anti-friction wedges. Supplied with its competition needle cage, treated with silver size Ø12x17x15mm. Use it to pass your kit from 70 to 80cc thanks to the long stroke of 44.90mm or by replacing the crankshafts which are supplied in the ITALKIT Alu 80cc packs.
