Crankshaft + TOP PERFORMANCES TPR bearings 44mm long stroke / 85mm connecting rod (Ø17mm & Ø20mm bristles) minarelli am6 engine

Not homologated on the open road, part formally reserved for competition, this crankshaft increases the engine capacity.

A very elaborate crankshaft (crankshaft), digitally over-balanced by 4 special alloy masses, high resistance to torque and revs (16,000 rpm / max and more). Use it to upgrade your kit from 80 to 85cc thanks to the long 44mm stroke or to replace the crankshafts that are supplied in the Top Performances cast iron 85cc and TPR aluminum 86cc maxi packs. Original cage diameter Ø12mm. Following the TPR study, for a catch-up of the forcing, they opted for silks (crankshaft arm where the bearing is housed) of original diameter for the clutch side and large silk (Ø20mm) on the ignition side for more resistance and less vibration.



Delivered with reinforced needle cage d.12X15XL15mm (original size), offset key, set of reinforced bearings. The mass materials are very high-end in case-hardened steel with a finish, the connecting rod pin is revised upwards for more resistance, the foot and head cages are reinforced to the maximum. The greasing of the big end and connecting rod foot are increased to the maximum for less wear. The full masses of this crankshaft will bring you maximum pre-compression for even more torque and power.

The connecting rod is of course mounted on anti-friction shims, it is reinforced and of original size (85mm) which will allow you to be able to mount this crankshaft on any kit intended for normal racing by just placing a shim of 2.5mm at the base of the cylinder.

Provide a set of special TPR bearings and a 2.5mm base shim if you want to mount it on a kit intended for normal racing.
