Crankshaft, connecting rod assembly CARENZI Racing race 40mm for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 & 4

Here is a piece that greatly surprised us and this in a good way. CARENZI is a brand of the ACSUD group which contains TNT, AXWIN… This crankshaft is not manufactured by ACSUD but it is subcontracted to a very large crankshaft manufacturer. What surprised us is the very high level of quality in relation to this ridiculous price. First of all, CARENZI has thought of high performance by making this crankshaft in full masses for more pre compression, these masses are in high quality treated steel.



The balancing quality is present and proven thanks to the side hammers. The crank pins are large in diameter to provide good strength. The connecting rod is mounted on an anti-friction wedge, this rod is a reinforced model of good quality. The big end lubrication is well studied (unlike the am6 model, this crankshaft has a lubrication hole at the bottom of the connecting rod). This vilo is delivered with a reinforced cage treated silver of original size Ø12mm X Ø15mm X L15mm.



Clearly, this vilo is indeed a reinforced model of good quality, it offers in addition to that very good performance, we will advise it on the origin, the 50cc racing kits (not too much thrust in the towers), and the small 70cc kits. Certainly it will not support a MALOSSI MHR team kit, bidalot racing,… But it will be perfectly suitable for a black 70cc TOP for example.



Be careful, some say they sell the same as the CARENZI under another name that we will not mention so as not to cause bad publicity, you just have to see that the connecting rod is not at all the same to understand ...
