A complete variator pack, the MULTIVAR 2000 from MALOSSI is delivered with a thrust spring to harden the torque corrector and 1 set of adjustment rollers.
Ideal for increasing the performance of your maxi-scooter Aprilia, Piaggio, GILERA ... throughout the speed range, this drive MULTIVAR 2000 has many improvements compared to the original one, all of first it comes with a set of 9.5gr rollers and a hard torque corrector spring so that the rear pulley follows and does not let the variator close directly, the variator has a movable alloy cheek light and strong, with a cutting angle studied for a better climb.
The steel roller cage is it very studied for a better support of the rollers against the mobile cheek, even the variator barrel and the separation sliders are specific. Clearly, this drive will close at more or less high speed depending on the set of rollers you use, the one that is delivered already allows a good gain in power by using a higher engine speed range, but above all, it will close correctly. and longitudinally in order to fully use the power of your scooter. The best is to accompany this pack with the clutch and the MALOSSI belt.
