Description

Please note that the aluminum cylinder head gasket is no longer supplied with it. The cylinder head is recessed and acts as a gasket.

 

This model is a very rare kit, it is intended for Peugeot 103, fox and Honda wallaroo. It is now only available with the cylinder head. If you want to change the cylinder head, we have 2 separate cylinder head models. This kit is the largest existing model for our small engines, at the time, there was already the famous ZETTA d.50mm, but this model is even more studied, efficient and in aluminum!



Whether it is to mount it or display it, you will not be disappointed. Let's start with the cylinder, its diagrams are quite low (like most large kits on the market on 103 ...), it has 6 transfers and a normal exhaust, it is in high quality aluminum treated with nykasil, the finish is pretty good! The side transfers are well worked and increased on the front in order to improve performance, sweeping ...



With its diameter of 50mm, it offers 76.77cc of actual displacement in combination with the original 39.1mm stroke. You can also mount it with a MALOSSI long stroke or other, with the RRD 42.1mm long stroke, this cylinder offers real 82.66cc !!!! Without a long stroke, we must admit that you will deviate enormously from the square engine ratio… You will therefore not be in maximum power. We have mounted this cylinder several times.



… Prepared with diagrams of 190 ° / 129 see ... 193/132 and the long Malossi stroke, be careful, you have to hang on! Now let's move on to the cylinder base, it is Ø54mm, so you would need:

The piston is a very special reinforced model with a 100% flat cap, it is certainly very aesthetic but in terms of performance, its shape and its system bring more turbulence than anything else. We recommend changing the piston for another model, you should know that the Ø50mm TPR (TOP PERFORMANCES RACING) piston of the minarelli am6 mounts there without problem. With our engines mounted on long stroke / long connecting rod, we mount a MALOSSI MHR TEAM AM6 DERBI piston or its equivalent in ITALKIT VERTEX!


Otherwise, the cylinder head delivered with this kit is perfectly designed
for this cylinder / piston, it offers excellent cooling, the chamber is designed by a great preparer, the volume is good, the squish area can be reviewed depending on the piston mounted , this is by no means an obligation!
In short, this cylinder is a real torque monster, prepared it can hurt a lot! The quality despite what some bad tongues can say
internet is excellent! The study and the finish are also very good.


We recommend this kit with:
reinforced crankshaft (long stroke if possible), PARMAKIT d.54mm housings or machined housings, reinforced bearings, racing carburetion 19mm minimum, racing exhaust (couplings if the kit is stock)

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the rear skirt is also included for an improvement of the sweeping (problematic on this cylinder). Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
