Kit 70cc Ø46mm PARMAKIT without aluminum air cylinder head Peugeot 103

Attention, for the PEUGEOT FOX and HONDA wallaroo which have a crankshaft with stroke and connecting rod very slightly different in size and no need for a decompressor, a special kit is now available, this model must not be installed which is intended for PEUGEOT 103 only .

A very good kit made in Italy, really very high-end and relatively solid, in high quality aluminum treated with nicasil, bore Ø46mm, 64.98 real, short piston in mono segment. It has 6 transfers, the side transfers to the joint plane are quite large. It is very similar to the famous malossi aluminum except that it is in a single segment 1.5mm thick, 46mm in diameter. The diagrams, the exhaust width, the finish... Make it a very powerful kit. The exhaust is normal without boosters or bars in order to preserve torque and solidity but it is all the same really very powerful also at high speed.

The turns are the most sought after on this type of kit, the piston has a rear preparation to open the rear transfers to ¾ in order to create a better flow of blayage to have the maximum torque, a kit may be known in France but to try , its performance is amazing. the rear transfers are enlarged in length so that the filling is better and to go with the piston preparation. For the finish, I will give a 7/10 rating.

We recommend it with at least : racing exhaust, racing carburetion (17.5mm mini), reinforced bearings and crankshaft, crankcase preparation, cylinder head d.46mm.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
