This complete kit of clutch includes all the accessories presented, in other words the drum, the reinforced springs 100 Kg, the reinforced discs with dividers and the pressure flange.The drum and the flange has an increased surface area, these parts are realized in aluminum alloy materials with specific heat treatment to optimize the cooling during friction and to avoid the risks of heating thus a better dissipation of the heat.



This is worth it to offer better performance compared to the original in its clutch function in the most extreme conditions. The increase of this specific clutch kit mainly allows to reduce the consumption and improve the efficiency of the engine revs, while eliminating the undesirable effects during the gear shifts, the actuation of the mechanism and its operation general.

-The oil used must be the special 10W30 for gearbox with oil bath clutch, it takes between 0.75 and 0.85L.

-The transmission cover screws tighten to a torque of 1.1 mdaN
-The counter nut of the presser plate with a torque of 2.7 mdaN
-The 4 screws of the pressure plate (clutch springs) with a torque of 0.5 mdaN
-Clutch nut with washer that folds and the crankshaft nut that holds the 2 pinions to 7.5 mdaN torque
