Original type P2R engine housings for Peugeot 103 all models

Here is a very economical part! This set of housings is really complete and all for a ridiculous price ...

 

 

Ideal to start afresh! Ideal for making good engine preparation on a clean base, especially since this set of housings is very thick and leaves room for machining! The housings are Peugeot 103 type models, they are not the real Peugeot housings ....

 

 

They are a different exterior shape, the alloy is of high quality, the workings are good and the finish is passable. They are delivered with a high quality viton spy seal set, an ignition foam, a set of reinforced folded steel cage bearings (to be changed if you have a large configuration).

 

 

There is also a spy plate for the drive side with its screws. We regret all the same that the bearings are pre-assembled!

 

 

In mechanics normally we put the bearings on the vilo to then mount the vilo on the previously heated casings for assembly without forcing!

 

 

This pack also has a crankcase gasket, high quality reinforced 4 stud base gasket and all the crankcase screws / washers / nuts !!!!

 

Be careful, manufactured in Turkey, unlike CGN casings, these casings are of lower quality and are hollow, they are not suitable for preparation such as alignment with a large transfer cylinder (AIRTSAL T6). We have a clear preference for CGNs!
