Complete engine casings without built-in engine support for PEUGEOT 103 sp, mv, mvl, lm… Attention, do not fit on Peugeot 103 SPX, RCX and CLIP! These complete housings have been proven for a good number of years, in fact, according to some, these small intake housings would be more efficient than the model with large intake support. These housings are not perfectly suited to large transfers of their own kits but they come close. The valves that have been installed are the famous high-end models 4 vulcanized slats, they therefore have a viton coating, you can change the slats of these valves, know that the MALOSSI VL7 slats adapt to them without problems, moreover you can remove the slat stops. 2 intake pipes are delivered to you, one of Ø15mm to fit the SHA 14, 15 and 16mm carburettors and one of Ø19mm to fit the DELLORTO PHBG from 17.5 to 21mm.

We would have preferred a flexible intake pipe or at least a microblasted pipe internal finish rather than a polished one to avoid throttle rebounds. The valves do not have a studied diffuser (venturi) either, nothing will prevent you from making a house pipe / valve venturi and then sandblasting / microbeading. The direct passage of the crankcases is excellent and very well studied, the crankshaft passage is polished according to the rules of the art and the gas passage is microblasted to the right depth.

These housings are very powerful models, nothing to do with the original Peugeot 103 housing. POLINI delivers with these housings reinforced studs in order to make you start again on a new engine, they also deliver high speed competition bearings in steel, a complete gasket set, a set of 2 Viton competition spy gaskets, a spy gasket cover… Attention, this crankcase kit is delivered without the screws!

We advise you to accompany these casings with a cylinder kit with large transfers or aligned prepared.
